Health and Safety Training

One of the biggest health and safety myths is that only outside training providers can train your staff.


This is not true.


We strongly believe that the best people to train your staff are those who best understand the hazards. Quite often that is you, or your employees.


The construction industry really understand this and use this knowledge to the full. Tool Box Talks - informal sessions conducted by supervisors or fellow employees - are an important and vital part of health and safety education and training.


Wherever possible, we seek to provide you with the support you need to provide all your training needs in-house.


We will help you develop and conduct your own "Tool Box Talks" and a formal system for improving the day to day knowledge and training of your employees. Once in place, the number of employees is irrelevant and you can use them again and again.
